Secure VPN disconnecting constantly?

I understand the inconvenience caused, let's work together to fix this issue.
In this case, I request you to press Windows Logo+R: Run dialog box and type services.msc, look for the AVG Secure VPN, start/restart it's services and check if your AVG Secure VPN is working without disconnecting.

I try above things but issue not solved my vpn disconnetinf after every 2 or 3 minutes.its looking very bad kindly give me solution thanks.few trail days it works very good but now i purchased it and its not working fine

Hi, I've encountered an issue in the last two days or so of my VPN dis- and reconnecting constantly which is highly annoying when for example streaming something or playing online. Any idea what might be the cause of this?

And yes, I have tried various different servers/locations, varying with European, North American and even Australian. It does reconnect quickly but it still is a major distraction and I don't recall it doing this earlier or at least to current extent. Thank you for your time.

I did as you instructed and now after monitoring it for a while looks like operations are back to normal. So, thank you for the advice and link, really helpful! Have a great weekend!

Kari,
I appreciate your efforts. Please check for any other conflicting VPN and antivirus program in your PC. If you find those programs, please remove them. Then uninstall AVG Secure VPN via control panel once and reinstall it using this link .
Keep us informed about the status to assist further.

I am having the same issue on my Macbook. Since 3/4 days it keeps reconnecting every 2/3 minutes. REALLY annoying. I've turned it off for now. Any fix?

Laurens, it could be an issue with the VPN server you were connected to. Could you try connecting to a different location and verify the issue? If the issue persists, please uninstall the application and re install.
