Secure VPN does not resolve correctly with BBC

Hi there,

When the Secure VPN is switched off the website bbc.co.uk is fully accessed and so is Office 365.

I live in the UK (PO post code).

When using VPN it does not resolve to bbc.co.uk but defaults to bbc.com.

And …

When I open Office 365 via web there is Hindi or Cyrillic script instead of English.

What's the problem and what's the fix.
