im having the same issues…this is not a good VPN if i have to turn it off to email.
hi i have the same problem, i have tried to change location but the problem persist, my account is LIBERO from Italy, can u help me to solve the problem? i use also avg antivirus, but this software isn' a problem.

I am having the same issues. Just purchased AVG secure VPN. I am using AVG free Antivirus and I cannot send email with the VPN on.
I have just installed AVG Secure VPN and now I can no longer send or receive emails on Outlook. IU have changed the location - the only option is to select a completely different country - but it makes no difference.

In this case, I request you to change the AVG Secure VPN location (open AVG Secure VPN > Disconnect > change location > select a different location nearby your country > connect) and check if you can access your emails.

Have you tried to change the location in AVG Secure VPN to check if you could send email when AVG is turned ON.
If not please try to change the location and check with the issue.
Also let us know the name of the email client that you use to send and receive emails to check and assist further.
