I've just subscribed to VPN but there's no sign of it on my account the email I received says I don't need to do anything then says I must 'Connect' using the link on my interface but there's nothing to allow me to do that. I keep getting notifications saying I'm not protected and the advert to register for free protection for 60 days etc. I thought I'd done something wrong so registered again. I now have two free subscriptions in my account invoices with no way to delete one of them or how to get the thing up and running. It's extremely confusing and I'm now using up the 60 trial with no protection and no way to discover how to rectify the issues. I also see that "Payment for your ongoing subscription will be taken 15 days before the start of the next subscription period (for 1 and 2 year subscriptions) and on the first day of the next subscription period for monthly ones." Which patently means it will be 60 days free trial Minus 15 days. Surely we should be notified of this up front by email so if we don't want to continue we can cancel before money is taken otherwise it's not being honest and will no doubt be a monster to stop it/unsubscribe to it and have the money taken refunded?
