Secure VPN Expired Although I Have Purchased It

Hello, I have a paid version of AVG Internet Security.  I've purchased Secure VPN and and noticed even after purchase Secure VPN showed it would expire in so-many days. After the expiration time was reached it is now showing that "your trial has expired" for Secure VPN.  My subscriptions show that I have an active subscription for Secure VPN and my AVG license is valid. The FAQs say that all I have to do to activate Secure VPN is log in with your AVG account in the AVG Management Console, which I have done.  I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling AVG.  Even used the remover tool. Does anyone have a suggestion?  Thanks!
