This subscription is not compatible for Android devices.

I have a paid VPN subscription for my windows PC that is due to expire in June this year. I also had a paid VPN subscription for my android phone that has now expired. Do I understand correctly that there is now a multi device subscription for a VPN that I can use on my PC's and phones? (I don't think that there never was this option unless I'm mistaken).
Am I able to upgrade my current VPN subscription to this multi device subscription so I can install the VPN on my phones?
