You need to purchase AVG Secure VPN for Mac separately from apple store. You have AVG Internet Security (2 computers) and AVG Secure VPN (1 year subscription) in our records. These products can be installed only on Windows devices. For MAC, only free Antivirus is available.
You can get refund using this link: https://support.avg.com/RefundForm if you do not have any windows device. Upon successful submission, our refund team will process your request and get back to you via email. Thank you!
I purchased Secure VPN but am not able to activate it, when i log in it says I have no license for this product, but in my account it says I do. Can someone please help. If I can't get it to work can I get a refund please. I have AVG Antivirus on my MAC and it works fine although it doesn't show in my products list in my account page Why not? I had AVG PCtune up but cancelled the subscription as I no longer have a windows computer but that still shows in my account.
