Not to worry, if you have already logged in using your email address, it will sync with your My Account and install paid version.

Alok Kumar. I'm sorry but I am so angry with you people right now. I usual don't swear but you put the same fuckin bullshit answers on here that never work. Signing up for trial after paying doesn't work. There are multiple instances in this forum where you  can see it does not. Why aren't your applications downloading like they are supposed to?

I still haven't gotten my VPN to activate after 2 days. I get on that chat and this yahoo tech wants to remote into my computer. I work in systems admin for a living. Some AVG butt plugger shouldn't have to remote into my system to make your fucking apps work. They are registered on my account in the web client. Why are they not on my dashboard? You took the money out of my account to pay for the apps. So obviously someone in AVG knows how to make that part work.

I'm absolutely sorry that a paid for a year of any of these products. If I hadn't, I would cancel all of this shit right now. AVG needs to get their shit together. Trying to spam sell me shit I already bought every time I log in? Fuck you.

Can anyone help? I have clicked on the link and paid via paypal for the Secure VPN, and the AVG dashboard still says its not installed? I've restarted the PC, logged out and back in of AVG…still no luck.

Anyone experienced this before?
