I recently paid for Secure VPN. It wouldn't work and I wasn't happy with the technical support suggestions so I asked for the payment to be refunded to me. That happened but at the same time my AVG Internet Security suddenly stopped working even though I have a licence for it until September 2018. The message displayed was that I only had the free version and that it had expired. I asked technical support for assistance and was promised a telephone call which never arrived. I have checked with my account page and it says I have no history of purchases. All this is very bad. I will not be renewing AVG subscriptions on any of my devices (PC and 2 Android). I have removed AVG and installed alternative protection software. I think I should be due a refund.
