Please share a screenshot ( http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot ) of the error message if it generates any. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

The VPN stopped loading. Any ideas on how to make it operate once it stops would be appreciated . I have a paid subscription
