I have purchased the Secure VPN, however due to your on-going issues this has not appeared in my purchases. I was however advised by one of your team to take the 30 day trial. I have done this and can see the secure VPN, however, when I try to turn it 'ON' I get a 'loading' message followed by nothing and the 'switch' remains in the 'OFF' position. I have tried changing locations, but to no avail.
