I have this problem again. The VPN started to work because it gave me another month trial. That month is now over and I am stuck in the exact same situation as I was in the beginning. The product is showing in my purchases but I cannot activate it.
Everytime I try and click Secure VPN, it tells me the free trial has expired and directs me to buy it again.
Any ideas how to get it to work before I request a refund?
I am still having this problem, but it has changed slightly.
I no longer get the message saying that my trial has ended and I need to subscribe. Now when I try to turn on the VPN, I get a pop up window saying "loading" which disappears after a few seconds but it does not connect to VPN. This appears to be the same issue as other users are now having.

I used the 30 day free trial of Secure VPN and then chose to purchase a one-year subscription.
The product is showing in my purchases but I cannot activate it.
Via a webchat with AVG yesterday, VPN was uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I am logged into AVG Zen with the correct email associated with my account.

I have uninstalled VPN, downloaded and reinstalled. It still directs me to buy VPN again, but this time it opens the purchase window within a window within the VPN program rather than my default web browser. There is nowhere to log in within this window and it still requires me to purchase again.
Perhaps if you refunded my original purchase, I could then re-purchase it within the VPN window,

We suggest you to uninstall the older version from your computer control panel and install the latest version from the AVG Zen interface. If you still get trial, please let us know, so that we can escalate this case to the senior team.
