I don't have a Search Box in the Start Menu. I used the Search Box in File Explorer and in Control Panel. Nothing relevant to AVG shows up in results.

I purchased and installed Secure VPN on 10/18/17. I had to manually turn it on every time I turned my PC on. Now, as of 2 days ago, it will not turn on at all. I have a 1 year paid subscription. I also have AVG Internet Security, which was already installed.

We appreciate your efforts. Sorry for the trouble. It's necessary to turn on your AVG Secure VPN after every restart. It is the usual behavior of AVG Secure VPN as it is designed to work that way.
To restart AVG Secure VPN service, press windows key and R key simultaneously to open run command, type services.msc and press enter. Select AVG Secure VPN and choose restart service, check if it helps.
