When AVG Secure VPN is turned on Outlook won't receive any messages from my @btinternet.com email. Messages from this address send perfectly fine only receiving is the issue.
If VPN is disabled the emails receive fine so the issue is with the VPN. What can I do to solve this?
I would like to point out my post stated reveiving emails is the issue not sending.

Have you changed the VPN to different location and checked if you are able to receive emails on your Outlook?
