Hello again, I appreciate your replies to my question, but I'm still having difficulty downloading this service. It just keeps telling me my free trial has expired, and to "buy now" which I have already done. I have pulled up the AVG Zen dashboard, but cannot seem to uninstall as you suggested. I've tried to do a screenshot as per your instructions, but that is not working either. I'm obviously doing something wrong…just not sure what? Thanks for your help!

I can understand how difficult this is for you. I see that you have already requested for refund for the purchase of AVG Secure VPN. Please be informed that there was a bug with activation of AVG Secure VPN and it got resolved this morning. I suggest you to follow the below steps in your computer and check if the AVG Secure VPN gets activated, if you still have any difficulties, you can proceed with refund.

Please follow this steps and check if the AVG Secure VPN gets activated in your computer:
Please open the AVG Zen interface and at the top right corner, you can either see your email address or connect option, please click on your email address and select "Leave the Network" and sign in back to your AVG MyAccount. Or if you see "Connect" option, please click on the same and sign in to your AVG MyAccount. After you sign in to your account, please check if the AVG program gets activated.
Note: Please wait for 2 minutes after you sign out from your AVG MyAccount and login back after some time. The AVG Secure VPN will get activated.
