I have just been notified of a 2 year subscription renewal of £89,99 for secure VPN. When I checked my VPN logo on my desktop it informed me I was not protected when I turned it on I was offered a free trial so I presume I have not been protected before so I want VPN but it appears I have been paying for a service which has not been provided in the past, So why should I pay for a renewal? I do want VPN but object to paying for a service which has not been provided in the past, as far as I can see I am in credit with your company… Comments please?
