Secure VPN - subscribed/paid, but

I'm sorry to hear that you're facing issue with the AVG Secure VPN. Please uninstall the AVG Secure VPN by following the below steps :
1. Click the Windows Start button and select Control Panel.
2. Go to Programs > Programs and Features.
3. Right-click AVG Secure VPN in the list of programs and select Uninstall to open the AVG uninstallation wizard.
4. Follow the instructions on your screen to complete the uninstallation.
5. Restart your PC.

Once rebooted, please remove AVG Secure VPN folder from C Drive>Program Files(x86)>AVG

…where Secure VPN should be, I click on it and get a "free 30-day trial" link. I have an invoice that shows that I was just billed for a years' subscription. Password protection and Driver Updater loaded just fine, though. 

Have already shut my computer down and restarted twice, logged into my account (both through a browser, and through my existing AVG product, as suggested) at least twice, and still no Secure VPN. How do I go about activating that, if I've already gone through the necessary steps, and still don't have it?
