Secure VPN - too secure?

I have the same problem
i set my vpn to London United Kingdom but both bbc iplayer and channel4 apps work but wont let me watch anything because i am in wrong location

May I ask what message you get when you turn off AVG Secure VPN and try to access BBC iplayer?
Did you try the other location available for United Kingdom in AVG Secure VPN?

Have just purchased Secure VPN product which tells me I have a location of London UK 
However when I try to use BBC iplayer for example it says I am not in UK 
What do I do ?
