Secure VPN won't turn on

Hello Cheryl,

I understand the inconvenience.
Press Windows and R keys together on your keyboard to open RUN command.
On RUN window, type as "services.msc" without quotes and press Enter key.
On services window, search for "AVG Secure VPN", right click on it and select "Start" or "Restart"
Open AVG Secure VPN window and try to turn on privacy protection.
Keep us informed about the status.

Hi i have the same problem have tried the above and it still does not work.

After the VPN was installed, I tried to slide the button to ON. A small window appears with the message, "Loading…" and then it disappears and the button remains OFF. I've done this about 10 times and no change. What do I need to change to get my VPN to turn on?

Thank you for trying it. I would suggest you to change location to a different server and check if that helps.
