Hello,
Since installing your product, my Apple "Mail" application takes an infinite amount of time (sometimes more than 10') to obtain the details of the contents of the email. The title appears but to see the contents, the time is abominable! Do you have an idea, a solution? Thank you for your reply

I'm not directly associated with the product you're referring to, but experiencing delays with your Apple Mail application after installing a specific product is definitely frustrating. It seems like there might be a conflict between the installed product and the Mail application, leading to this slow performance.

You could try a few troubleshooting steps to address this issue:

1. Disable the Installed Product: Temporarily deactivate or uninstall the product you recently installed and check if the issue with Apple Mail persists. If the problem disappears, it could indicate a conflict between the two.

2. Check for Updates: Ensure both the installed product and your Apple Mail application are up to date. Sometimes, compatibility issues are resolved in newer updates.

3. Clear Cache and Data: Clearing the cache and data of your Apple Mail application might help. Sometimes, accumulated data can cause performance issues.

4. Contact Support: If none of the above steps resolve the problem, consider reaching out to the support team of the installed product for assistance. They might have encountered similar issues and could provide specific guidance to solve it.

Always make sure to back up your important emails and data before making significant changes or uninstalling any software. If the problem persists, contacting Apple Support could also be beneficial to troubleshoot the Apple Mail application's performance issues.
