Hello Chris. Sorry to hear that. I would request you to follow the below mentioned instructions:
1) First step is to use AVG Remover tool and uninstall your AVG Internet Security program completely. To download AVG Remover Tool please click on the following link: http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/support/avg_remover_stf_x64_2015_5501.exe
2) To download AVG remover tool to remove AVG PC TuneUp program please click on this link: http://www.avg.com/filedir/util/TuneUp_Remover.exe .

I purchased Internet Security 2015; 1 computer, 1 year, exp. 03-13-2016. Every time I try to run it, it stops with "Following AVG processes failed: -oneclick.exe" I've clicked YES on the "Send Report" several times, but I never get any reply from you. I paid $55.18 USD for this.
Also, the same thing happens when I try to run AVG 1-click Maintenance, with the same message, and I click YES on that "Send Report". 
I like your products. I also paid good money. Don't you think this should have been fixed by now?
