Something is bothering me about this security service. I need help in understanding the prices
A week ago I downloaded the avg basic protection plan and I liked it. I was to have 10days or I don't remember how many days but I do know that well before my trail time was up I downloaded the basic and paid $29.99 I do have my recite that I need. It was going good, I was ask by the app. To make an avg. Acct. I did but it continue to not honor my pass words for the acct. That I made them as well as the private email acct. I read in the terms that if payments overlap I would receive credit for the time that was used. Yesterday decided to purchase the full acct for complete protection… They took the whole $84.00 and I'm not sure of the amount of protection that I have and nothing has been said about the $29.99 that was paid a week ago.
Can anyone relate ? F so then let me know of your experience. I do believe it's a extremely good service but it as better with the basic. Does anyone feel the same way?
