Sending emails blocked

Hello Peter,

We apologize for the inconvenience.
Could you let us know how you access your email?
Do you access them via browser or do you use a email client?
Also, if you could share us the screenshot of the error/block message you receive, it'd be most helpful.
You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on Answer & then click on the Image [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
Thanks in advance!

When trying to send emails it appears that they are blocked.
If I stop VPN then emails are clear to send?

I access my emails on an ipad and awindows 10 laptop through mail direct not through a browser.
I am not able to send a screen shot but the wording is"
CANNOT SEND MAIL the connection to the outgoing server ""mail.westnet.com.au""failed.
Additional outgoing Mail Servers canbe configured for Mail accounts in Settings>Mail> Accounts this is what shows on the ipad.
If I turn offthe VPN facility I can send emails.
All other internet access is not affected.

Hello Peter,

Could you please confirm whether you are unable to send email in Ipad or Windows PC?

Do you have any other AVG programs installed other than AVG Secure VPN?

Keep us updated. Thanks.

Good morning You have already found the solution yourself. You wrote: "I can send messages after the VPN is turned off. Write in parallel to the Technical Assistance of the manufacturer of the "Postal Program". Maybe the attachment was too heavy for the e-mail? Or the attachment was with an extension not supported by Mail? I understand that you don't want to use a VPN that doesn't have 100 percent privacy. Truth? Set DNS to 1.0.0.1 and 1.1.1.1 is such a quick fix. Test the outage on a different VPN server. Let me know.
Regards
Jan
