Let me clarify it for you. The all Microsoft office files (including word documents) will be added to the AVG Sensitive Data Shield by default.
Please open AVG user interface and go to Privacy > Open under Sensitive Data Shield > click on settings button > and check if AVG Sensitive Data Shield is turned On. If yes, then your all files are protected with it by default.

Thank you Alok. I would still like my password document to appear under valuable or sensitive documents as a double check. What do I need to include in the title or content to make Sensitive Data Shield register it when carrying out a scan? Afraid I much prefer the old Data Safe where you knew the security of items for certain.
