I suggest you to click on the disabled component and check if you're able to enable it.

If the issue still persists, I request to repair AVG Internet Security and reboot your PC to check if it fixes.

Hi there

I have AVG Internet Security on my Windows 10 Laptop, and since doing a re-install of Windows (and reinstalling AVG), the Sensitive Data Shield won't turn on.

When I open the program, I am greeted with the  "Sensitive Data Shield is turned off" but pressing the "Turn On" button doesn't work.

I've tried a few things like doing the scan but no joy.

Anyone have any ideas? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
