I see from my bank statement that I was invoiced £34.99 on 18 December 2018. I no longer require the service, but forgot to cancel the direct debit / automatic renewal. I no longer use the service and have uninstalled. Can you please cancel the direct debit so that no further funds are taken from my account. I have tried to do this online, but the function seems to be unavailable whilst the website is being 'redecorated'. Thank you
