Hi
Thanks for the quick reply. Almost every time I visit a website using Chrome I can see the link appear in the bottom left corner as it's loading. I often get a site not found error then after a few seconds the site I'm looking for appears. It's now so frustrating that I've switched to Firefox, although I'd prefer Chrome. I've got a few extensions on Chrome because I have an online store using Shopify and I source products from AliExpress. I also use Google Analytics, Google Shopping etc. However I've been doing that for several years and this has started the past few months. I couldn't find anything on Google or AVG so I downloaded Malwarebytes and that has started blocking serenity.biz but it blocks it on every site I go to so it's just as bad. I have no problems with Firefox. I'd like to get rid of serenity.biz so I can start using Chrome again. I know the screenshot is Malwarebytes but I do have AVG installed and have been using it for years, but AVG does not find the hack.
Thanks, Steve
What is serenityart.biz and how do I get rid of it? It pops up on a lot of pages before the data loads, as if it hijacks the page. I googled but can't find anything on it at all.
Cheers, Steve
I just started having the SAME problem and turning off Flash Playlist seems to have fixed it, THANKS!

Hello Steve,
We would like to get more information regarding this.
May I ask whether it appears on your Android mobile or Windows PC?
Could you provide the screenshot of "serenityart.biz" popup?
You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
Thank you for the detailed information, Steve.
May I ask from when you started getting this?
If you have recently installed any program or extensions to your browser, do remove it and check the status.

Hi, I think I've solved it. I turned off all extensions and browsed a few sites. The serenity disappeared. I turned on the extension one at a time and it ended up being FLASH PLAYER. I've removed it. I think that might be ok now so I'll keep an eye on it. Thanks for answering so quickly.
