After you install AVG Internet Security, I can not access my own server and my ROUTER. What settings do I need to change? HELP:-)

I have purchased and renewed my new security.
The new account number is: 29156332. Purchased 29-01-15.
Please renew as needed, when needed.
I have recieved multiple automated warnings that my account
expierces in 8 days.
And when I try to update. The system will not except my new key
number. Which is: License number: TMJSU-BV6QM-VG399-AL36U-W7TW4-XXKD9
