Please let us know if you receive the same message when you try connecting to different server (location) in Secure VPN in Windows.
For better clarity, share us the screenshot of it.
Regarding the issue with iOS, we do have a specialized team, who deals with mobile queries. You can raise a request to reach them via this link.

I tried different server but its the same. ( almost I tried al of them).

Hi,

Although I have just bought VPN secure for a year, I couldn't use. Every time I try, seems to "the server could not be found". Both of pc and ios phone. Please help me !

I tried to connect different (almost all of them) server but didn't chance anything.

In this regard, we can try chaning DNS settings to check if it helps.
