Server Denies Access

My two android products both have comprehensive AVG protection.  My wife's iPhone uses other protection.  Each time I try to access Expedia via either MS Edge of Google Chrome I am denied access with this type of message -

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://www.expedia.co.uk/?" on this server.

My wife immediately gains access!

Can anyone help please?  And give me some simple instructions as to how to get through to them.

Are you trying to access the website from your windows computer?
We request you to provide the screenshot of message that appears for accessing http://www.expedia.co.uk website.
If you have AVG Secure VPN program installed on your computer, do turn it off and check whether you are able to access the website.
