May I know which function you performed from AVG PC TuneUp?
Will you be able to take a picture of "error" appearing on PC screen and attach it here?

Recently ran into this error that I cannot find the solutions to. Already used rescue center to recover registry removed by PC tune up from prior to this error occuring.

You are receiving this error message on AVG Secure VPN. Have you tried to uninstall ( http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-uninstall-AVG ) and reinstall http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Install-AVG-Secure-VPN AVG Secure VPN to check if it helps?
