I'm using MS Outlook 2010 on Windows7 PC and AVG Internet Security 2013. I recently converted my email from POP3 to IMAP since when I've had problems sending emails with large eg 15mb attachments. After clicking send, the AVG window pops up "Sending emails" and then soon after I get an error message "The operation timed out waiting for a response from the sending (SMTP) server". I've consulted my server provider whi believes it is an AVG problem. This is causing great frustration and often multiple emails being received by my recipient presumably as the server keeps trying to send the message. Please help…
