Server VPN Login

I am trying to log into my office computer. If I disconnect AVG I can login. Reconnect AVG no go. What can I do please. If it can't be sorted I will cancel AVG after 15 years or so as a paid subsciber

Thank you for sharing the screenshot, George.

Upon checking the screenshot, we can see that disabling your AVG Internet Security allows you to connect with your office server.
Let us change the network profile of your AVG Internet Security from 'Public' to 'Private' & check for the issue.
Refer to this article to change the network profile of your AVG Internet Security.
Also, refer to this article & enable the following Enhaced Firewall System Rules:

  1. Allow Windows File and Printer sharing
  2. Allow remote desktop connections to this computer

Once you've performed the above actions, restart your computer & check for the issue.

I believe I have provided sufficient information. If you can't sort this out please refund my subscription & I will find another viruscan that does not create these problems.

AVG is blocking my server

If not clear on screenshot it says
The network connection between your computer and the VPN server was interrupted. This can be caused by a problem in the VPN transmission and is commonly the result of internet latncy or simply  that your VPN server has reached capacity. Blah blah
Obviously it has not reached its capacity as it logs in when AVG is turned off.
