Service Shutdown

Hi all,
Over the last couple of days my AVG Internet Security has not be loading properly.
First, it shown the UI has failed to load and I have to hit the RESTART SERVICE button
Then, an AVG Service Shutdown alert box appears that shows:


Does anyone have any ideas as to what/how/why this is appearing?
(A full system scan come up clear)
