Service without automatic bill pay

within the last 3 to 4 months avg has automatically just taken money out of my account paying for its service. I called to stop the automatic withdrawals. but I told them I still wanted the service. I just wanted to make the payment manually. the lady said no problem everything is taken care of. now my avg program shows the services has expired and they have take over around 300 out of my account in 2 different withdraws.
