Hi, I've been constantly receiving alerts, supposedly from an infected file on an AVG folder. What can I do to fix this problem?
It pops up every 5-10 minutes.
I've already updated the virus definitions and the application itself, restarted my pc, but the same alert still pops up. I turned silent mode on to avoid getting the alert over and over, but several instances of the same alert still appear on my notifications. Since it's probably a false alarm is it safe to add an exception for this file?
