Could you please try to launch the installation after you reboot your PC? I purchased 2015 AVG 12/21/14. It downloaded and did the first scan. I recently realized it was not scanning - check dashboard and says No Active Components, yet the license comes back as valid and under Properties it states all components are active and installed. Yet, AVG will not run. I have attempted to reinstall and keep getting ERROR: OxE001D026. Internal Error. What does this mean - what happened? Any suggestions?
