We aren't sure for which app the message is appearing.
It seems that one of the program is running in the background and when you shutdown it fails to close.
May I ask whether this message started appearing only after updating the drivers using our AVG driver updater program?
If yes, open AVG driver updater program interface. Click on "Restore" at the top.
Select the necessary check boxes and restore the updates.
This process would take time and also involves multiple restarts of your computer.
Once it is completed, check whether you get this error.

I have AVG driver updated and havr updated all my drives. But know when I close I have Error this app is preventing closing. I have to click to force close as I have no idea which app this is and my eyesight is not good enough to see the details of the app in the picture. Then when I boot up I get the box set user setting to driver failed. I am not PC smart so I have no idea what to do. Help please.
