Setting AVG as default email protection for Outlook

How do I set my Outlook email (updated yesterday) to use AVG as default scanner of incoming emails?
A volunteer technician installed AVAST recently and it has taken over this and other functions.  I would like to delete the Avast completely but it seems not allow this.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
