Setting radio station as alarm sound

We're glad to help you with this.To set an online radio as your alarm:

- Tap an existing alarm to modify its sound, or tap the plus icon in the bottom-right corner to create a new alarm.
- Tap your current alarm sound (Ringtone, Music on device, or Silent), then select Type ▸ Online Radio.
- Choose your preferred station from the list, or tap Add Online Radio and provide:
Name: type a name that allows you to quickly recognize your favorite radio station.
URL: type or paste your online radio streaming URL. A list of supported formats is available on the Android Support website.

Hi.
Anybody could tell me if there are any restrictions or I'm doing something wrong setting an online radio station as alarm sound? 
The links I've tried using are the following:
https://rostov-na-donu.gkvr.ru/includes/radio.php?id=2112

And
http://online2.gkvr.ru:8000/mc_rnd_64.aac
The first one is from the pc & the second one is from the mobile (tablet) version of the website. 
I have no idea what the link should look like so any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks, but I'm asking exactly because it didn't work. Using the first link, I'm getting standard alarm sound instead. Using the second link, I'm getting silence when the alarm starts. Since I don't know what kind of links are acceptable, I don't even know whether it should be working at all, or not.
