Unfortunately, I'm unable to locate your Order under this account. However, I see that your last subscription for AVG TuneUp-Unlimited had already expired on 2016.1.23. I've sent you an email requesting further details to locate your order. Please check your Inbox and get back to us with the details.

I have bought and installed AVG PC TuneUp.
I have registered my purchase with AVG.  When i go to use it - it pops up and says i have to buy it.
I click on the activate button…enter the TuneUp key and it says already in system…but does not do anything to help me.  Very frustrating.
