Setting up AVG Email Protection to scan encrypted emails

Hi, I have gone through the setting up of the new email IMAP Server connections using the instructions from the Support Article but am getting an error message stating:

'An error occurred when saving settings - Data aren't valid.'

I have double checked the input and have started again fresh but still get the same message.  Have also checked other email servers for other email addresses I am using in Outlook/Office 365 and they are all the same except the name.

Can anyone assist please?

We are sorry to know that you are unable to setup the email scanner for IMAP connection. In this case, we suggest you to check if the port numbers assigned are correct.
