We would request you to run AVG remover tool to completely remove AVG and then re install it.
Please click this link http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe to download and "Run" the AVG Remover tool.
1. Please select the AVG products which are shown in the remover tool window and then start removal process.
2. After the remover tool process is successfully finished, restart your computer.
3. After the restart, manually delete the AVG Remover folder in the C drive of My computer.

Hi All,
I started using the Free Trial version of AVG protection, then when expired, I purchased a two year subscription to continue my coverage.
Firstly, the advertised price on my computer page was markedly different to what I was actually charged. Then I just cannot seem to get the system to recognise that i have actually paid for a new version. I keep getting pages which INVITE me to purchase (when i have already done so), I eventually downloaded another free version, as that was all that kept popping up in front of me. I thought that might 'do it', but now I cannot install the programme onto any of my other devices. I am being told, my subscription has expired and i should purchase a new subscription. I have spent almost a whole day, trying to figure this out and at this stage HATE this company. Your website is not straightforward and clear, you spend too much time 'trying to SELL, without providing enough support for those who have purchased. If possible I would like my money refunded and prefer to work with a company who 'keep it simple.( Can anyone assist me in getting my new programme installed?)
