Setting up encrypted email protection

помогите разблокировать телефон забыл пароль и не могу войти пожалуйста

Have installed AVG and learning how to use it.

Keep getting a message telling me to go to:

in order to set up email protection. I use Thunderbird and have a Pop3 a/c with Outlook and an IMAP a/c with Gmail.

Clearly I don't understand the instructions as I do what it seem to be telling me but it's not working.

Can anyone clarify a bit more and also explain:
-for local port do I take the number from Thunderbird or from that one provided?
-where it asks for Connection and gives drop-down choice of regular etc ... how do I know what to select?
-how do I tell if my log in is automatic or fixed host?

I went to the address above, gained remote support but during the entire session the pop-up did not appear.
How strange!

I wish I new how to stop it popping up ... it just keeps coming.

Anyway ... it's back. As requested I've taken a screen shot:
