how do I set up the pop server? I followed instructions to the letter but still get an error message
I think what you are looking for is telus.net.
the message is something like:
Avg can't scan because the message is encrypted.
Then I am invited to click on a link that walks me through how to set up the pop and smpt servers. But it doesn't seem to work.

Sorry…I have not added a new server. I have just updated to windows 10. This is the only change.

I believe I solved the problem. I will monitor it for a day or two but everything looks right at this point.
