Several threats detected won't quarantine and I can't find them to delete

Sorry for the inconvenience. Please provide us with the screenshot of the "Threat " Detection message in the Quarantine to assist better. Also, please let us know what AVG program in your have installed in your PC and your Operating system.

I've been using AVG for awhile now and it's always been able to detect and quarantine/delete them if they ever come up. This time it shows I have 5 and it said I needed to manually delete them. I've done everything to locate the names of these files but can't find them. What do I do???

Maytal,  For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
