Severe threat cannot be removed

I have a threat in the form of "Win64:AdwareX-gen [Adw]" at the location SVC: LucaGeeksIRC > C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\LucaGeeksIRC\LucaGeeksIRC.exe and AVG will not remove or resolve the threat, and I cannot delete it manually as it states "the file is open or in use." 

There was another file in the same location minus the "SVC" pretext that was safely removed but I would like the other removed as well, or information that I don't need to worry about it or if it is neglectable? Please help :slight_smile:
