This is easily the shadiest companies I have ever dealt with canceling a subscription. Cancelled 5 months ago, I can no longer find a subscription tied to my account through the app or Google play, yet I get charged every month like clock work. I will be contacting my bank and dusputing every possible charge that has to do with this shady company the first chase I get. Stay away
Take it up with the company; this probably an innocent error; I’ve been with AVG for donkeys years, first as a free subscriber, as a paid subscriber since. Very good company, great service.
Totally.. I was contacting customer support and got tricked into letting them in my computer. I was slow to notice that it wasn’t AVG..Until they started buying Crypto and talking about gift cards. I contacted PayPal who intervened . Now the IRS thinks I purchased it. Needless to say I never was able to resolve the issue with AVG AS They have never responded
