Shield disabled

We understand that the shields are getting disabled automatically even when you turn it on again.
We are really sorry to know this. We'll certainly check and help you out.
We would like to inform that this issue might be caused due to technical glitch.
We request you to repair AVG Internet Security and check if this issue, reoccurs again.
To repair AVG Internet Security on Windows, you can try the following steps: 
Make sure no other applications are running on your computer 
Press the Windows key and X key simultaneously 
Select Programs and Features from the menu 
Right-click AVG Internet Security and select Uninstall 
Click Yes if prompted by the User Account Control dialog 
Click Repair in the AVG Setup window 
Wait for the setup to repair the application 
Click Restart computer to reboot your PC and complete the repair, or click Done if a restart is not needed.

I have AVG Internet Security version 24.8.9372.868 installad and it reports that Hackers Attack, Personal Data and Web And E-Mail shields are turn off,  I turn them on,  and they switch off seconds later. I have a Lenovo T14 with Windows 10.  Can you help me , please ?
