Hi guys and gals ,
for some reason my ransom protection and behaviour shield continually turn themselves off or something is making them turn off , i have been having problems for a week or 2 trying to install updates also , everything is up to date with my anti virus and have scanned pc and apart from a few performance issues everything appears to be fine apart from problem mentioned above , any help with this would be greatly appreciated as i'm desperately trying to avoid having to reinstall windows and lose a lot of valuable stuff on my pc and hopefully not lose any important and valuable data from viruses or hackers .
